1. New Registration / Login / Password forgotten

New registration

Some fiels are what are known as mandaory fields. If these fields are not filled out or incomplete, so these fields will be sign yellow after "save/send"

Enter your email address.
If your email has been found by the system, you will receive an email with your password immediately after the password inquiry has been sent off. Should you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Article informations (prices, PU, dress sizes, call up items and place items in the shopping basket)

Call up items

With the product groups or search-function (keyword or item number without the version number). The search results are marked.

Item details

If you click on details or on the picture, the details description of the item will be displayed together with an enlareged picture. Also the available versions (dress sizes, colours etc.) and packing units (PU) and prices will be shown.

Place items in the shopping basket

Click into the item details, enter the PU in the quantity field and click on the basket symbol.

for example: 1 PU = 100 pieces

If you put 2 pcs. into the basket, you will get 200 pieces of this item. All prices are plus the german value added tax and plus freight costs.

3. Open a new basket

1. If you are registrated, please login with your data in the shopsystem.
2. Call up items via product groups or item search.
3. Click on details and put the items in the basket with the needed quantity and basket symbol. look for PU informations
   Your basket will be showed automatically. Do you need more items please repeat step 2 and 3.
4. Do you need a different delivery address instead of you personal data ?
5. Chose delivery type.
6. Basket value and freight costs will be showed.
7. Insert payment method.
8. Check order.
9. Accept terms of us.
10. Send order.
11. After few minutes you will get a email to your filled email address, that we receipt your order.

4. Minimum order value / delivery types / Freightcosts

Minimum order value

For your orders = 75,00 Euro

Extra surcharge of 7,67 EUR for an order below minimum order value!

Delivery types

Standard:
Delivery in: Germany
As a rule items will be shipped within one week of the order being received (when the items are on stock)

Delivery in: outside Germany
The delivery is different depending on delivery country. It needs between 1 and 3 weeks.

Express shipment
Orders that are identified as such and received by 12:00 hours (MEZ) will be handeld at this day. Within Germany the items will be shipped to you next working day. Outside Germany the delivery times via Express vary depending on the delivery country..

Freight costs

The freight costs result of delivery country, weights of goods and packing. For deliveries within Germany you pay a flat fee of 5% of your merchandise value. These freight costs will be showed in your order process.

5. Newsletter & Events

If you wish newsletters and informations about events via email , so sign during your registration or after your login in the "Personal data" area.
If you do not want any newsletters or event informations, you have the possibility to deactivate after your login in your "Personal data" or you send us an email to: fsc-newsletter@henze.de
